Mission Statement
At Pampered Divas we offer a unique experience to other play type of parties.
As our name suggests we mainly offer pampering including facials, hair braided with glitter, nails painted with nail polish & make up followed by homemade afternoon tea.
Our target audience is primary school age children.
Younger & older children are very welcome but it is aimed at 5-11 year olds.
Please note –
While the girls are having their hair & nails done, there will be an element of waiting around for the other girls, to keep them occupied we have a TV room with Netflix & Disney+, colouring in, dressing up & interactive dancing on the Nintendo switch.
Cancellation Policy
Sometimes unforeseen circumstances happen, such as power cuts & extreme weather conditions etc.
We will try to inform you as early as possible if any of these developments occur.
We will only cancel if we absolutely have to & will re arrange a date suitable for you.
You have the right to cancel if at least 48 hours notice is given.
Deposits will not be refunded.
If you cancel within10 days.
Staff hours and food orders are prepared in advance and therefore once you have confirmed numbers any no shows on the day of your party will be charged in full
(Unless 24 hours notice has been given)
Additional Numbers
Additional numbers must be informed of before your party starts, please don’t arrive with xtras on the day.
Arrival Time
If you arrive too early, staff either may not have arrived yet or we’re getting the pamper room cleaned & set up after an earlier party.
We have a very small turnaround time in between parties.

Our prices are £25 per person with a minimum of 8

Payments
The remaining full balance is to be paid on the day of your party.
We accept cash or we have a card machine.
We cannot accept instalments of payments leading up to your party.
First aid
By accepting these terms & conditions you’re giving consent for us to give first aid if any accidents occur unless otherwise stated.
Food
Pork sausage rolls / cheese & onion rolls.
Plain crisps.
Home made scones with strawberry jam & whipped cream.
Mini chocolate muffins & Haribos.
- If the sandwich choice is disliked we are unable to make another one.
Drinks
Unlimited orange cordial and water is always available for the girls. No other choice of drinks are available, however you’re welcome to bring along any other additional beverages.
Tea, herbal tea & coffee is available for the parents.
Allergies
If there are any allergies an allergy disclosure form will be given for you to read through & sign.
For severe allergies an epi pen must be brought to the party.
Toilet Trips
Safety is our main concern therefore-
All children to remain in the pamper room at all times except for toilet trips.
No running, shoes must be worn outside, keep off the grass & only 2 children at one time.
During the hours of darkness there will be garden lights, we have a torch and umbrella if needed.
Staff
At least one member of staff will be over 16 at every party.
We need to have the correct staff to child ratio at every party, so it’s important you let us know the numbers.
Up to 11 children – 2 members of staff.
12 children & over – 3 or more members of staff.
Party
- Girls are greeted, coats hung up, dressing gowns & headbands are given out 15 minutes before the party starts.
- A welcome drink of either lemonade, water or orange cordial will be offered in a plastic champagne flute with their names on.
- Parents & guardians have access to tea, coffee, juice or water.
- A run through of the party, a safety talk & explanation of where the toilet is will be given at the start of each party. We please ask all adults in attendance to listen to the safety talk too.
- Hypoallergenic, cream face masks are applied, the girls lay down on the rugs with damp cotton pads over their eyes.
- Face masks and headbands are removed.
- Wii just dance will be explained how to use.
- Hair braided with choice of glitter.
- Nail polish with choice of colour.
- Children waiting for treatments can play just dance on the wii. (Some parent support will be needed for younger children.)
- We have a small TV room with a small seating area where the girls can watch Disney plus, Netflix or Youtube.
- Younger girls will be offered colouring in & a dressing up box.
- Approximately 45 minutes before the end of the party afternoon tea will be served.
- Birthday cake & blowing out of candles (please no sparkling candles)
- Please bring napkins with you if you’d like us to cut the cake.
- Happy birthday is sung.
- Make up is applied appropriately 20 minutes before the end of the party.
- Party games may be played for the last 5-10 minutes of the party.
Decorations
Absolutely no party poppers, confetti or streamers will be allowed in the pamper room.
If birthday presents are unwrapped in the pamper room all rubbish & wrapping paper must be taken home with you.
Head Lice Policy
We have a zero tolerance policy with head lice. Do not send your child to the salon with head lice. If any children attend the salon with head lice they will be asked to be picked up from the party asap to prevent cross spreading.
We will aim to be as discreet as possible so as not to embarrass the child.
Contra Indications
If hair is excessively knotty or has chalk paint in, we won’t be able to do their hair.
Important Parking Information
We have parking on the road across from the salon, there is a 2 hour time limit on parking on Saturday morning but it’s ok in the afternoon.

Just one parent / guardian (usually the party host) will need to stay for the FULL duration of the party.
Other parents usually just drop off & pick up.
As space is limited we have a maximum of no more than 3-4 adults to stay for the party.
